She was able to inspire me straight away and continues to do so. I also met Marie, Rosa Lisa, Nicole and Olena there. I spent a long time looking for an aerial instructor who would not only tell me what it should look like, but who could also explain technically what I needed to do. Olena explains everything in great detail. Just like Rosa Lisa in her handstand course, where she analyzes exactly where your weak points are and then gives you the right exercises.\nNicole has unbelievably impressive knowledge, which she can of course share incredibly well so that you can feel confident.
