Your training in January & Christmas Giveaway
The new class schedule for January is online and we have once again tried to optimize our program and take your wishes into account as much as possible. For example, due to high demand, there will be another Splits class and our team will be expanded by one more instructor. AND we are organizing a raffle where you can win great prizes!

Schedule as of January
What will change
Online classes: You wished for a break between the online splits classes, so we are switching Stretching Intensive Side Splits to Tuesday and Stretching Intensive Back to Thursday. This means there are two days between the Splits courses and you can work on your back flexibility in between.
Contortion Advanced Online will be combined with Contortion Beginner to form an Open Level course and will take place on Tuesdays at 19:45 as of January. The course will be taught alternately by Nicole and Rosa and the exercises will be individually adapted to your training level. You can see who is currently on in the app and in the class schedule on our website.
Full Body Stretching: We are delighted to have gained a great new instructor who will be leading the Full Body Stretching class as of January. Therefore the class will change from Friday to Wednesday at 20:10. You can find more information about our new instructor Katja below.
Stretching Splits: Due to the great demand for our splits classes, there will be another class with Rosa on Fridays at 19:20.
Welcome Katja
We welcome Katja as a new regular team member! After successfully completing our Teacher Training for Stretching & Contortion in March, she will be teaching Full Body Stretching on Wednesdays starting in January.
About Katja:
Katja started ballet as a child and trained gymnastics for 11 years. During her medical studies, her path led her from contemporary dance to mobility and handstand training. She discovered her great passion in flexibility and contortion and successfully completed the IMA Teacher Training in spring 2024. In her classes, she passes on her enthusiasm for using the body to its full potential. She combines her medical expertise with years of training experience.
