Vertical Rope Workshops in May
Aerial Rope Flow
May 2, 5:30-7:00 p.m.
Expand your rope vocabulary! In this workshop, you will learn new sequences that you can tailor as you please. A nice start, a few enchanting figures and a little dynamic round off the class. The workshop is for anyone who has mastered the basic techniques in rope. However, you can also take part if you have previous experience in silks.
Prerequisites: Several inversions and hip keys from the air, back & front balance, simple understanding of wraps on the rope. Ideally enough strength to keep going until the end.

Aerial Rope Beats
May 2, 7:15-9:15 p.m.
Dynamic flows, elegant poses and powerful moves await us in this unit. You will learn new sequences that you can create as you wish. A captivating start, climbing with style and energetic movements round off the class. This workshop is aimed at anyone who has already reached an advanced level in rope and has the strength to hang in the air for a while.
Prerequisites: Long arm inversions and hip keys from the air, back & front balance, understanding & experience with dynamics (beats/swings & spinning) & c-shaping (roll-ups)
Price: € 70 / € 60 for the first 5 bookings

About Seda
Seda has more than 8 years of experience in aerial acrobatics and has been teaching in Vienna for 4 years.
She is a passionate and determined movement artist. Movement and dance have been her hobby since she was a child. When she turned 18, she started taking lessons in hip-hop and contemporary dance. Three years later, she found herself in the world of aerial acrobatics. More and more circus disciplines became an integral part of her training. She has learned from many international circus artists. She currently specializes in vertical aerial artistry, straps, rope and silks, contortion, hand balancing and partner acrobatics.
