Aerial Acrobatics Classes

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks ist eine faszinierende Disziplin der Luftakrobatik und hat sich als beliebtes Hobby etabliert. An zwei von der Decke hängenden Tüchern kletterst Du in beeindruckende Höhen, und lernst elegante Shapes und dynamische Abfalltechniken. Dabei baust Du gezielt Kraft, Körperspannung und Flexibilität auf, und lernst schöne Sequenzen und fließende Bewegungen. Aerial Silks vereint Ganzkörpertraining und Artistik und bietet unendliche Möglichkeiten, Kreativität und Körperbeherrschung in der Luft zu erleben.

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop, auch bekannt als Lyra oder Luftring, ist eine Zirkuskunstform und eine Disziplin der Luftakrobatik. In einem von der Decke hängenden Reifen kannst Du Deine Kraft, Flexibiltät und Balance auf ein völlig neues Level bringen. Auch ohne Vorerfahrung kannst Du in diesem Kurs die nötigen Muskeln und Koordination spielerisch aufbauen und lernst schöne Figuren, die zu kleinen Sequenzen und Choreographien verbunden werden. Aerial Hammock

Aerial Hammock is a type of aerial acrobatics in which creative flows and dynamic tricks are performed on a loop of cloth hanging from the ceiling. You may already be familiar with the cloths from aerial yoga. Unlike there, however, the focus here is on acrobatic elements and artistic expression. Even as a beginner, you can quickly build up the necessary strength, improve your flexibility and train your coordination and body awareness while having fun. Unleash your creativity with impressive tricks and develop breathtaking choreographies in the air. Aerial Hammock is an ideal full-body workout and the perfect introduction to the world of aerial acrobatics!

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga kombiniert klassische Yoga-Übungen mit dem Gefühl der Schwerelosigkeit. In einer von der Decke hängenden Tuchschlaufe kannst Du Deine Wirbelsäule entlasten, auf sanfte Art Deine Muskulatur stärken und entspannende Dehnungen genießen. Das Tuch unterstützt Dich bei anspruchsvollen Asanas, fördert Balance und Flexibilität und bietet gleichzeitig eine vitalisierende, schwerelose Erfahrung. Ob sanft und meditativ oder kraftvoll und dynamisch – Aerial Yoga ist für alle Levels geeignet, bringt Körper und Geist in Einklang und baut ganz nebenbei Kraft und Flexibilität auf! Vertical Rope

Aerial rope is a classic circus prop that requires physical strength, technique and precision. Unlike aerial silks, here you work with a single rope. You learn special holding and wrapping techniques, smooth transitions and dynamic movements in the air. Training on the rope strengthens the entire body, improves control over your movements and opens up a new dimension of aerial acrobatics.

Trapeze

Do you want to swing through the air like in the circus? Then let us teach you how to fly! Trapeze is dynamically powerful, playful and brings back childhood memories. Whether hanging, standing or in flowing movements - you will learn impressive figures, transitions and choreographies. Training on the trapeze is also a wonderful way to develop a secure feeling in the air. Whether you are gaining your first experience or are already familiar with aerial acrobatics - you can reach new heights on the trapeze and discover your own style.

Stretching & Akrobatik

Stretching

Targeted stretching improves flexibility, strength and posture - a very good balance to the often one-sided daily routine. In our stretching classes, you will learn various techniques to increase your flexibility safely and sustainably. For effective training and particularly good results, we divide your flexibility training into three categories: a full-body workout to maintain physical fitness and mobility, splits training for flexible legs and hips, and backbends for a strong and flexible back and shoulders. The classes are suitable for all levels and are characterized by exercises that are individually adapted to the participants.

Contortion

Contortion is the art of extreme flexibility and requires targeted training and a precise approach. In these classes, we learn to realize complex and demanding postures with the strength and flexibility we have already developed. Beginners start with bridge variations, dropbacks and initial balance exercises. In contortion advanced, previous experience and a warm-up on your own are required. Advanced students deepen their technique and work on tricks such as cheststand, needle scale and complex sequences. In these classes, you will learn to exploit your full movement potential in a healthy way with safe and targeted pre-exercises.

Pilates

Pilates is an effective full-body workout that specifically strengthens the deep muscles and improves posture. Through controlled movements and precise breathing, you build strength, improve your flexibility and increase your body control. The training not only improves your stability and coordination, but is also an ideal complement to acrobatics and aerial arts training. Whether you are a beginner or advanced - Pilates helps you to move your body more consciously and build a strong physical foundation.

Acrobatics

Acrobatics combines skill, strength and balance. From wheels and walkovers to partner acrobatics, we train everything you need to perform acrobatic sequences on the floor and with a partner. Through pre-exercises and with assistance, you will gradually learn to approach and master challenging and seemingly difficult tricks. Regular training playfully improves your skills and promotes muscle development, teamwork, body and self-confidence. Acrobatics is a perfect foundation for many circus disciplines and an exciting challenge for anyone who wants to expand their movement skills.

Handstand

Balancing on your hands is a challenging yet playful acrobatic practice that combines balance, technique and body control. In this class, you will develop the strength and stability needed to stand safely on your hands. Through targeted pre-exercises, you will build up important muscle groups and the correct technique and work on different handstand and forearm stand variations. You will learn about transitions into different shapes. Whether you are starting out or want to perfect your technique, we will help you take your handstand skills to the next level with structured exercises and individual coaching.
