Our course schedule for the new studio is ready! From March 31, you can train with us in Uferstraße with new classes, disciplines and instructors. Artistic moves in the air and on the ground for acrobatics fans, but also stretching, Pilates and aerial yoga - we really do have something for everyone. What you can train with us

Our new studio offers plenty of space in all directions! With a total of three rooms and a ceiling height of almost 6 m, we can offer you way more classes and add new disciplines to our program. Those interested in acrobatics will find suitable beginner courses and our advanced acrobats will find new challenges. Or would you rather work on your basic fitness, mobility and balance out a one-sided lifestyle? Then stretching, Pilates and aerial yoga are a good choice.

Aerial Acrobatics Classes

Aerial Silks

Aerial silks is a fascinating discipline of aerial acrobatics and has established itself as a popular hobby. Climb up impressive heights on two silks hanging from the ceiling and learn elegant shapes and dynamic drop techniques. You will build up strength, body alignment and flexibility and learn beautiful sequences and flowing movements. Aerial silks combines full-body training and artistry and offers endless opportunities to experience creativity and body control in the air.

Aerial hoop, also known as lyra or aerial ring, is a circus art form and a discipline of aerial acrobatics. In a hoop suspended from the ceiling, you can take your strength, flexibility and balance to a whole new level. Even if you have no previous experience, you can playfully build up the necessary muscles and coordination in this class and learn beautiful figures that are combined into small sequences and choreographies. Here you can discover your creativity and physical fitness in a whole new way. Are you ready to challenge gravity? Then swing into the aerial hoop and start your adventure in the air.

Do you want to swing through the air like in the circus? Then let us teach you how to fly! Trapeze is dynamically powerful, playful and brings back childhood memories. Whether hanging, standing or in flowing movements - you will learn impressive figures, transitions and choreographies. Training on the trapeze is also a wonderful way to develop a secure feeling in the air. Whether you are gaining your first experience or are already familiar with aerial acrobatics - you can reach new heights on the trapeze and discover your own style.

Aerial Hammock is a type of aerial acrobatics in which creative flows and dynamic tricks are performed on a loop of cloth hanging from the ceiling. You may already be familiar with the cloths from aerial yoga. Unlike there, however, the focus here is on acrobatic elements and artistic expression. Even as a beginner, you can quickly build up the necessary strength, improve your flexibility and train your coordination and body awareness while having fun. Unleash your creativity with impressive tricks and develop breathtaking choreographies in the air. Aerial Hammock is an ideal full-body workout and the perfect introduction to the world of aerial acrobatics!

Aerial rope is a classic circus prop that requires physical strength, technique and precision. Unlike aerial silks, here you work with a single rope. You learn special holding and wrapping techniques, smooth transitions and dynamic movements in the air. Training on the rope strengthens the entire body, improves control over your movements and opens up a new dimension of aerial acrobatics.

Aerial yoga combines classic yoga exercises with the feeling of weightlessness. In a sling hanging from the ceiling, you can relieve pressure on your spine, gently strengthen your muscles and enjoy relaxing stretches. The sling supports you in challenging asanas, promotes balance and flexibility and at the same time offers a vitalizing, weightless experience. Whether gentle and meditative or powerful and dynamic - aerial yoga is suitable for all levels, brings body and mind into harmony and builds strength and flexibility at the same time! If you feel like getting more creative, you can try Aerial Hammock.

Flexibility & Akrobatik Kurse

Contortion

Contortion is the art of extreme flexibility and requires targeted training and a precise approach. In these classes, we learn to realize complex and demanding postures with the strength and flexibility we have already developed. Beginners start with bridge variations, dropbacks and initial balance exercises. In contortion advanced, previous experience and a warm-up on your own are required. Advanced students deepen their technique and work on tricks such as cheststand, needle scale and complex sequences. In these classes, you will learn to exploit your full movement potential in a healthy way with safe and targeted pre-exercises.

Targeted stretching improves flexibility, strength and posture - a very good balance to the often one-sided daily routine. In our stretching classes, you will learn various techniques to increase your flexibility safely and sustainably. For effective training and particularly good results, we divide your flexibility training into three categories: a full-body workout to maintain physical fitness and mobility, splits training for flexible legs and hips, and backbends for a strong and flexible back and shoulders. The classes are suitable for all levels and are characterized by exercises that are individually adapted to the participants.

Balancing on your hands is a challenging yet playful acrobatic practice that combines balance, technique and body control. In this class, you will develop the strength and stability needed to stand safely on your hands. Through targeted pre-exercises, you will build up important muscle groups and the correct technique and work on different handstand and forearm stand variations. You will learn about transitions into different shapes. Whether you are starting out or want to perfect your technique, we will help you take your handstand skills to the next level with structured exercises and individual coaching.

Acrobatics combines skill, strength and balance. From wheels and walkovers to partner acrobatics, we train everything you need to perform acrobatic sequences on the floor and with a partner. Through pre-exercises and with assistance, you will gradually learn to approach and master challenging and seemingly difficult tricks. Regular training playfully improves your skills and promotes muscle development, teamwork, body and self-confidence. Acrobatics is a perfect foundation for many circus disciplines and an exciting challenge for anyone who wants to expand their movement skills.

Pilates is an effective full-body workout that specifically strengthens the deep muscles and improves posture. Through controlled movements and precise breathing, you build strength, improve your flexibility and increase your body control. The training not only improves your stability and coordination, but is also an ideal complement to acrobatics and aerial arts training. Whether you are a beginner or advanced - Pilates helps you to move your body more consciously and build a strong physical foundation.

Our new class program starts on March 31 at Uferstraße 6, 13357 Berlin and will include five new disciplines: Trapeze, Aerial Silks, Rope, Aerial Yoga and Pilates. This means we can offer a variety of classes with options for everyone.

Our team is also growing and has five more trainers:

  • Eleftheria teaches Aerial Silks at various levels and Rope;
  • Sonja enriches our program with Aerial Yoga;
  • Zinnia will teach Trapeze, Handstand, Contortion and Stretching;
  • Anna will take your fitness to the next level with Pilates;
  • Tasnim is already known as a popular substitute teacher for Aerial Hammock.
