Class Schedule as of 2024
We optimize our class schedule regularly, in order to better support you and your needs.
Therefore, starting in January, there will be a second aerial hoop course to better approach the different levels - divided into beginners and advanced.
Marie started a new challenging job this year, which takes a lot of her time and makes it very difficult for her to get to the classes on time on Monday. Therefore, she will give up her contortion class, but fortunately will stay with us on Friday for Stretching Intensive Splits. Her classes on Monday will then be taken over by Sherry.
There will also be a better spread of stretching classes throughout the week, so you can get back to training more often than once a week and still have enough restdays in between.

Our Student Show is coming soon and rehearsals are in full swing. We are looking forward to admire and celebrate your progress together with your friends!
We start at 1:30 pm and the entry is free - so grab your friends, family and relatives and enjoy some great acts that the students have been creating over the last few weeks!
Afterwards there will be trial workshops in Aerial Hammock, Aerial Hoop, Partner Acrobatics, Handstand and Stretching, where you can try out all offers! Register here for free for the individual workshops:
Stretching Retreat on Madeira
Our first Stretching Retreat on Madeira in March was fully booked within a few days. We are overwhelmed by your great interest! If you couldn't get a place - don't worry! We are already planning another one.
