Stretching Teacher Training
Become a Coach!
Do you love stretching as much as we do and want to share your knowledge and passion?
Then we have great news! In spring 2024 we will offer a comprehensive Teacher Training for Stretching. This training is for you if you want to become a stretching coach or build a deeper background knowledge and understanding for your own training.
After passing the exam, there is also the possibility to teach with us!
In this training you will learn the basics of flexibility training, the correct structure of tricks and exercises, as well as everything about possible dangers and obstacles during training. The courses extend over 5 weekends with 10 dates of 6 hours each and are structured in a theoretical and a practical part. At the end there is a practical exam and after passing it you will receive a certificate.
